We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, quantity and destination, and include insurance and pickup.
UK delivery: 3–7 business days
International delivery: 7–21 business days
Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days unless stated otherwise (for example, pre-orders). You’ll receive an email once your order has shipped. Tracking is available on request. After international parcels leave the UK, delivery is handled by your local postal service.
Customs delays, lost or stolen parcels, postal errors and incorrect shipping details are outside our control. If there’s an issue with your delivery, please contact us by email within 40 days of purchase.
Shipping prices may change in line with carrier rate updates.
Full Shipping Terms
For pre-order items, allow an additional 2–3 weeks for fulfilment and delivery. Timing can vary depending on order volume. You’ll receive an email once your order has shipped.
If a pre-order item shows as sold out on the product page, the pre-order has ended and the item is no longer available. Any future restocks will be announced on Instagram.
All sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Please check your order, shipping details and size carefully before completing checkout, as we cannot exchange items for incorrect sizes selected by the customer.
